Bally’s appoints experienced finance executive Harris to board

Bally’s has announced the appointment of Tracy Harris as an independent member of its board of directors, subject to certain regulatory approvals.

Harris has worked in financial executive leadership roles for over 20 years, most recently as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of MIB.

Prior to this, she was CFO of UMUC Ventures and also held the same role at Bullis School and BondFactor.

Earlier in her career, Harris had a spell as CFO and vice president of administration for the American Institute of Architects and both CFO and senior vice president of Delon Hampton and Associates.

Her other roles included CFO of the Washington Convention Center Authority during a spell with the Government of the District of Colombia, deputy treasurer of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and assistant vice president of Financial Guaranty Insurance Company.

Aside for this, Harris is currently a board member of CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and an independent director at 1847 Holdings. In addition, she is on the char audit committee of the DC Retirement Board and an advisory board member of the Council of Institutional Investors.
