Caesars sportsbook announces new partnership with Manning family

News

Caesars sportsbook has signed a new first-of-its-kind partnership with the Manning family, considered the “first family of football” for their contributions to college football and the NFL.

Archie, Peyton, Eli and Cooper Manning will be featured in advertising for the sportsbook and make live event and commercial appearances in partnership with Caesars.

“This isn’t the typical partnership between a sports betting company and major talent,” said Chris Holdren, co-president of Caesars Digital. “We’re welcoming the most acclaimed family in football history to be integrated holistically into the Caesars family. Archie, Peyton, Eli, and Cooper are extraordinary people who are champions of their communities and we’re honored to partner with such a prestigious group of individuals.”

Caesars sportsbook plans to work the Mannings into various fan experiences fuelled by Caesars Rewards. Sports bettors, in addition to earning tier credits and reward credits as they wager, will also have chances to interact with the Mannings directly through various marketing promotions.

The Mannings will also serve as ambassadors for Caesars’ focus on responsible gaming.

Archie, Peyton, and Eli combined for a48 seasons, 653 games, four Super Bowl wins, 20 Pro Bowls, 152,874 passing yards and 1,030 passing touchdowns during their time in the NFL. Out of the NFL’s 102 seasons, 35 have had a Manning starting at quarterback in the league.

“We’re excited to partner with the team at Caesars Sportsbook,” said Peyton Manning. “We’re looking forward to interacting with their customers who love sports and love football, and we know Caesars has a lot of fun initiatives planned. They place a strong emphasis on community impact, and we appreciate their support of causes that are important to us.”

The news comes soon after Caesars was revealed as one of the licensees for mobile betting in New York, which may be a major focus of the partnership with Eli Manning having spent his entire NFL career with the New York Giants. Caesars also recently launched mobile sports betting in Louisiana, where Archie Manning played for the New Orleans Saints.

The partnership follows Caesars announcing a billion-dollar marketing campaign for its newly rebranded sportsbook, following its acquisition of William Hill.
