EveryMatrix has announced the appointment of Mark McMillan to its board of directors ahead of plans to expand in the US.
The appointment took effect on October 1.
McMillan has 20 years of experience in corporate finance and strategy. He initially held roles with Ernst & Young and HSBC Global Banking, before joining William Hill in 2011.
In 2016, McMillan become chief financial officer of William Hill, and helped to acquire businesses in the US, Spain, Australia and the UK since then.
“It’s a great pleasure to welcome Mark McMillan as a member of our Board of Directors,” said Ebbe Groes, chief executive officer and co-founder of EveryMatrix.
“EveryMatrix has grown tremendously over the recent years, and we are transitioning to a larger and more mature organization. To successfully make the transition, we have to expand our team and reach, in particular in the U.S.”
McMillan has a degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham, and is also a chartered accountant.
“I am pleased to be joining EveryMatrix,” said McMillan.
“Together with my fellow Board Members, I will assist the founders and the Leadership team in developing and growing the company’s reach in the iGaming sector. The company expanded exponentially during the past years, and I aim to help continue this development.”
Earlier this week, EveryMatrix appointed Alina Alexandru to the role of chief technology officer.
