GTG announces partnerships with Caesars and PNG

News

Melbourne-based supplier GTG Network has announced new partnerships with Caesars Entertainment and Penn National Gaming.

GTG creates products which aim to generate large-scale consumer engagement through data analytics and gamification. Its flagship product, iSport Genius, leverages data to produce content and insights for sports bettors.

In partnership with GTG, Caesars will now launch its new product, the free to play Pro Football Pick’em online game.

Each week of the upcoming football season, Caesars Rewards customers will compete to win cash prizes by correctly picking all Sunday and Monday professional games.

GTG has also developed an additional fantasy game for Caesars VIP members as part of its collaboration for the upcoming season.

“GTG Network continues to be our partner of choice for free to play games,” Caesars vice president of loyalty and digital products Josh Margolis said. “They have once again demonstrated an ability to deliver market leading products, working closely with us to customize solutions specific to our needs. With digital engagement more important than ever, we couldn’t be more delighted to expand our relationship.”

Co-founder and partner of GTG network, Nathan Rothschild, said the partnership is “incredibly exciting”, adding that “Our on-going relationship with Caesars furthers our vision of enhancing the way sports fans engage with their favorite sports.”

The supplier’s iSport Genius data insight product will also be supplied to Penn National Gaming, as part of a new partnership as the operator prepares to launch its Barstool Sportsbook app.

The deal will see the iSport Genius product deployed in all states where the Barstool Sportsbook app eventually launches.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board recently approved a live, real money test period for the app’s launch, in Pennsylvania this week, from September 15 to 17. PNG intends to launch the app following the test period, subject to final regulatory approvals, and to roll out into other states in the coming months.

GTG’s Rothschild commented: “We are excited to announce further growth in the U.S. by partnering with Penn National, the nation’s largest regional gaming operator. Like everyone else, we expect the Barstool Sportsbook app to make a significant impact in the US sports betting sector.

“We have been working closely with the team at Penn National and are excited to be a part of their Barstool Sportsbook product.”

Jon Kalpowitz, head of Penn Interactive, added: “We seek to build fun, engaging, and unique sports betting and gaming product experiences, and the iSG data product complements that strategy, said Jon Kaplowitz, Head of Penn Interactive.

“We are excited to be partnered with GTG Network, and look forward to utilizing their services as we scale the Barstool Sportsbook product across the US.”
