Odds On Compliance adds land-based resources to compliance tool

News

Gambling industry consultancy Odds On Compliance has expanded its Playbook online compliance tool to include land-based regulatory information.

Playbook will now offer users access to a range of resources to ensure they fully comply with all relevant regulations within the US land-based gambling sector.

Information will include guides to regulations and requirements in each jurisdiction, as well as a library of relevant forms, documents, and other resources.

A total of 10 US jurisdictions have been rolled out as part of the initial land-based launch, with the information to be made available to users across all membership levels alongside existing online gambling resources at no additional cost.

“We are excited to add land-based information into Playbook,” Odds On Compliance chief executive Eric Frank said. “Land-based gaming operators face a unique set of challenges when it comes to regulatory compliance, and we believe that the addition of this new information will be a valuable resource for Playbook subscribers.”

The update comes after Odds On Compliance earlier this month announced the launch of a new licensing tool to aid affiliates looking to enter the US market.

The Marketing Affiliate Licensing Portal was developed to help sports betting and igaming affiliates acquire licences in the US through a range of services.

Last month, Odds On Compliance also linked up with US Integrity to launch a new joint venture, through which they plan to roll out a prohibited bettor solution for the sports betting industry.

ProhiBet will become the first offering to launch from the new Secure Sports Solutions (S3) joint venture, with the two parties saying it will offer the only prohibited bettor solution in sports wagering.

The ProhiBet solution will offer the industry a tool for monitoring compliance with state-by-state regulatory requirements in the US via an encrypted decentralized cross-monitoring and notification platform.
