Pronet Gaming powers’s launch in Canada

Online gambling operator has launched in Canada via a partnership with gaming solutions provider Pronet Gaming.

Under the arrangement, will operate on Pronet Gaming’s platform, offering players access to a range of sports betting options and online casino games.

Sports wagering options will include niche sports such as sprint car racing, lacrosse and Canadian boxing that are not traditionally available across other generic platforms.

The launch comes after secured a full licence from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC), the regulatory body for the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake in Canada.

“We’re very pleased to have launched with Pronet Gaming and are confident that the quality of the user experience on the platform will be second to none,” said.

“Their passion for the project shone through – as did the quality and flexibility of the product – and we are confident that this innovative new partnership will put us in the driving seat as the Canadian market matures.”

Pronet Gaming chief sales officer Colin McDonagh added: “As a brand, is well known for the quality of its offering and regulatory integrity and I’m pleased to say that we were able to adapt to meet those challenges in a well-established market.

“We fought off stiff competition to secure the business, with the adaptability of our UI and UX ultimately proving pivotal in the decision-making process. As we go live, we look ahead to a long-lasting and successful relationship.”

The launch follows the legalization of single-event sports betting in Canada last month, with consumers now able to legally bet on single sports games and events. Though the Kahnawake Gaming Commission had hoped the bill to legalize single-event betting would include amendments confirming the legality of operations licensed by the Commission, this did not come to pass.
