Rush Street launches second online casino in PA

News

The Rush Street Interactive (RSI) arm of Rush Street Gaming has announced the launch of a new online casino platform in Pennsylvania to support its BetRivers-branded sportsbook.

The new casino offering, which provides a selection of slot and table game content, is hosted on the same platform as the sportsbook, and also via the BetRivers brand. This will allow users to switch between the two verticals, both funded by a single wallet.

Content includes blackjack, roulette and baccarat, as well as over 60 slot games, including Everi Gaming’s Double Ruby and Atomic Meltdown.

In addition, the new offering will be integrated with the iRush Rewards program, enabling players to carry over points earned on other platforms and accumulate new points on BetRivers.com. The program stretches across RSI’s platforms in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

RSI president Richard Schwartz said the operator had been keen to launch the new online casino platform ahead of the Super Bowl, the National Football League’s showpiece event that this year will take place on February 2.

“Our experience in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with PlaySugarHouse.com, has validated that online sportsbook players also enjoy the full-services of our casinos, especially the table games,” Schwartz explained.

It is the operator’s second casino brand, and follows PlaySugarHouse.com, which went live in Pennsylvania in July last year.

“Rush Street Interactive has grown market share in Pennsylvania and New Jersey on PlaySugarHouse.com, in large part due to the quality of the user experience and the time we’ve invested listening to what our players want to improve their experience in both the sportsbook and casino and by offering responsive customer service and fast pay-outs,” Schwartz added.
