Fox Bet launches in Pennsylvania market

News

Fox Bet has moved into a second state just days after making its debut in New Jersey, going live in for customers in Pennsylvania.

The Fox Bet site is now live in the state, with mobile variants available to download for iOS and Android devices.

It offers odds on a range of markets, from major league sports such as baseball and hockey and football, with the National Football League season kicking off later today (5 August).

Bettors will also be able to enjoy integrated access to Fox Sports content, instant scores and stats, as well as the latest news and expert insight from some of the broadcaster’s on-air personalities.

“Starting today, Pennsylvania has access to one of the world’s premier regulated sports wagering experiences,” Fox Bet chief executive Robin Chhabra commented.

“Together with Fox Sports, an icon in sports programming, we’ve built a platform that is like nothing the United States has ever seen. We’re bringing fans closer to the games they love by making our platform more fun and engaging than any other out there.”

The Pennsylvania roll-out follows Fox Bet’s launch in New Jersey, replacing The Stars Group’s BetStars brand in the market.

It has been launched through a 25-year partnership between Fox Sports and the operator, agreed in May this year, that saw Fox Corporation take a 4.99% stake in the PokerStars operator.
