Player props supplier Sports IQ has signed an agreement with German betting giant Tipico that will allow Tipico to use its pre-game and in-play prop bets for the “Big Four” North American sports leagues.
The move comes as Tipico – Germany’s largest betting operator – expands its presence in the US market. The operator has already launched in Colorado and New Jersey, but plans to expand further with new state launches.
Omer Dor, CEO of Sports IQ said the operator is clearly serious about US growth and that he was glad his own business can help to facilitate that expansion.
“Tipico is one of the most recognized names in the European market and clearly has big plans for growth within North America,” Dor said. “We are delighted to be able to join the team on their journey by powering their player props markets and support their exciting expansion plans.”
Andre Zammit, VP of Sportsbook at Tipico, said Sports IQ delivers a high-quality product, which was important to Tipico.
